1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 0klv ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, browses, registers on, or places any bet or wager through the 0klv website located at https://0klv.io and any associated mobile or desktop applications.

By accessing the 0klv platform in any capacity — including merely browsing without registration — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

0klv primarily serves players resident in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online betting and casino services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 0klv makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location outside its primary operating territory.

2.3 Registration Process

All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other activities conducted through your 0klv account — whether carried out by you personally or by any other person using your credentials — are your sole responsibility. 0klv is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Before processing any withdrawal, 0klv reserves the right to verify your identity, confirm that all applicable wagering requirements have been met, and carry out any anti-fraud checks deemed necessary. 0klv will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered to your verified account holder name.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on 0klv are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), displayed with the ৳ symbol. 0klv does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

0klv operates a tiered VIP loyalty program comprising Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers. Loyalty points are awarded based on real-money wagering activity across all product verticals. The specific earn rates, tier thresholds, benefits, and redemption terms of the VIP program are governed by the VIP Program Terms published separately on the platform. 0klv reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, point values, and program benefits at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 0klv — including cricket, tennis, football, kabaddi, and all other markets — are subject to the specific sports betting rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform. These rules govern matters including but not limited to: bet settlement procedures, handling of abandoned or postponed events, in-play bet acceptance, and the resolution of disputed outcomes. In all cases of doubt, the decision of 0klv's trading team is final.

6.2 Casino & Live Games

All casino games, live dealer games, and RNG (Random Number Generator) games available on 0klv are operated by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others. 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0klv platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any form of systematic exploitation of pricing errors
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's software or systems
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using 0klv for money laundering purposes
• Accessing 0klv from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your account

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 0klv platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, source code, database structure, game interfaces, marketing materials, and all other original works — is the exclusive intellectual property of 0klv or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 0klv platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. 12 Termination

12.1 Termination by 0klv

0klv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, withhold or void balances, and terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, posed a risk to the integrity of the platform, or for any other reason that 0klv deems sufficient in its sole discretion.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your 0klv account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid account closure request, 0klv will process any outstanding withdrawal of your real-money balance (subject to standard verification procedures) and deactivate your account. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.

13 Governing Law
